Mary Januszca

Mary Januszka is proud to be a member of the staff at Cornerstone Music Studios! She found her passion for performance early as she danced through life, and as she grew, so did her love for the arts.

Over the years, she has participated in numerous performance opportunities. Starting her journey with the Cornerstone Community Arts Project in 2016 as a participant, she found her voice. She seamlessly transitioned from participant to intern in 2022 and then to Stage Manager in 2024. Her experience and training through Cornerstone led her to audition for Broadway Evolved in 2023, a New York City summer intensive where she received dance and musical training with Broadway’s top dance captains and performers. Some of her favorite stage credits over the years include Cinderella, Mary Poppins, Newsies, Hairspray, and Dear Edwina Jr. Her recent offstage credits include Mary Poppins Jr. (SM), Into the Woods (ASM), High School Musical Jr. (SM), and Hello, Dolly (AC).

Mary’s love of performing extends beyond the stage. For the last 16 years, Mary has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and pointe. She has participated in numerous dance intensives with the Radio City Rockettes, as well as at A Class Act NY. Mary is excited to have completed her Dance Education Certification in 2023, and to be able to share her love for dance with dancers at Millstone Dance!

As a recent graduate of Allentown High School, where she also served proudly as the Drum Major of the marching band, Mary is now a student at The College of New Jersey. At TCNJ, she is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education with a minor in Social Justice. She is involved in TCNJ Musical Theater, Tap Ensemble, Dancers of New Jersey, Student New Jersey Education Association, Concert Band, Choir, and WILL (Women in Learning and Leadership).

Mary is so excited to continue sharing her passion for music and dance with the next generation of young performers!
